The place is called La Neta Bar—so yeah, the bar’s kind of a big deal.

We’re looking for someone who can pour mezcal with confidence, keep the energy high, and make everyone feel at home (even on a Tuesday). Fast hands, chill attitude, good music, and tacos in the air—that’s your office.

What you’ll do:

Mix margaritas, pour beers, serve up good times
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smooth
Talk to guests, take orders, and maybe throw in a bad joke
Work fast when it gets packed
Be part of a small, close team where everyone helps everyone

What you bring:

Experience behind the bar is a big plus
Good vibes, quick reflexes, and steady hands

You bring the heat.

This is where the magic happens. We make our tortillas fresh every day, grill everything with care, and don’t cut corners—ever.

What you’ll do:

Grill meats, prep toppings, assemble tacos and quesadillas
Keep your station clean, organized, and ready
Follow recipes and keep quality high, always
Handle rushes like a boss
Support the kitchen crew and communicate well

Kitchen experience is great—but we’ll train the right person

We’re looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our La Neta City team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth service, great food quality, and a positive team culture. You’ll manage staffing, purchasing, budgets, and uphold our commitment to authentic Mexican street food and no‑fuss dining.

Who You Are:

You have experience in restaurant leadership or hospitality management.
You’re organized, hands‑on, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
You’re a people person who motivates teams and ensures every guest leaves happy.
You’re passionate about great food and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
