We are looking for a restaurant manager for our location in Täby. As a manager, you will take full responsibility for operations, including finances, purchasing, quality, and staff. You plan, lead, and coordinate the daily work in the restaurant and report directly to the company’s CEO. Your responsibilities include scheduling, ordering, motivating and training staff, among other things—but above all, making sure our guests have the best possible experience by maintaining a high level of service and product quality.
Some of the tasks include:
- Continuously monitoring the quality of food and service
- Recruiting and training staff
- Managing daily staffing levels
- Creating monthly work schedules
- Being responsible for food and beverage purchases
- Handling the cash register and some administrative tasks
- Solving day-to-day operational issues
- Ensuring compliance with environmental health regulations and maintaining the restaurant’s alcohol license
- Actively participating in daily restaurant operations
- Reporting to and keeping management updated on everything happening in the restaurant
- Following up on and evaluating performance against set goals
Education/Experience
Documented experience in a similar role.
Language skills
You should be able to communicate in Swedish and English. Spanish is a great plus!
